Ms. Julia Pavlukhina When in autumn 1999 - spring 2000 I have participated in a joined program "Partners in Management Education" between the Academy and University of Michigan at Flint, I could hardly imagine that soon I will occupy the professor's position and teach students of the Academy. I've already taught several courses. Independently from the content I try to provide my students with those uncomplicated principles which our professors repeated to us not once. I prefer two of them more than others because in my opinion they are very useful for me in my professional activities. The first of principles is Dr Angur's words: " When you listen to something try to understand the main sense and think how you can use it in your practice". The second is favorite saying by Dr Smith: To hear - to forget To see - to remember To try - to understand I believe that other students of the Academy will have the chance to hear these words not only from me but from the professors themselves.
