Anna Knyazeva

My name is Anna Knyazeva. In September-December 2001 I've passed the on-line Michigan course "Operations Management".

Besides studying at the Togliatti Academy of Management (Management and Finance Department) I work as a manager in the joint-stock company "Otechestvenniye automobili" ("Native Automobiles"). I'd like to highlight that while doing my job I have to make lots of operations management decisions daily, which is very responsible and, frankly, not easy to be done. In fact, being a student of "OM" I got the real opportunity to "try" myself in managing all the operations that take place in the organization.

I'd be delighted to take part in other on-line Michigan courses and I'm eager to do my best in applying myself to the best of my abilities in order to gain a balanced understanding of the Russian and American environment, economics, and principles of doing business, taking advantage of the opportunity available to me through the on-line Michigan courses that will help me lead the way to forming myself as an active and responsible participant of the ever changing and aggravating global environment.
