Recruiting agency “Big Job” was established on the basis of Togliatti Academy of Management in September 2003 in order to maintain the contact between Probation and Internship Department and organizations of our town on the questions of student employment and organization of probation periods and internship.

Today the regular partners of the agency are the international network organizations, large plant facilities, banks, and state and private business bodies of Togliatti, Samara and Moscow.

The agency is the embodiment of the project idea of TAM management together with students and graduates having taken part in the project realization. The main directions of the agency are the following:

- Selection of highly-qualified and prospective young specialists from the students of the fourth and fifth years of study and graduates in such spheres of professional activity as management, banking, accounting, audit, finance, informational systems, public relations, publicity, personnel management, web- design, and polygraphy.

- Organization of probation periods and internships for the students of the first, second and third years of study in Togliatti Academy of Management.

- Monitoring of the professional employment of TAM students and graduates.

Every year 35- 45% of graduates find appropriate jobs by means of the recruiting agency. About 15-20% of students have been employed with the help of the agency and work now in places where they managed to prove their high professional level during probation periods and internships.
Moreover, according to the RA, 5% of graduates are positioned in the middle management and even top-management, for example: heads of the department, deputy directors, and experts.
As a rule, every year 12-15% of graduates take high positions in organizations, the rest of them become specialists of extra class valued and invited by different organizations.
